I met you yesterday when you talked to our class about your research, which I found most revealing... I fully support your point of view because it seems illogical to me too that the identities of such important women in history are not known to us. It seems absurd to me that men look at women as inferior beings. After all, it is because of women that we are alive. I also find it absurd that some great discoveries in science and culture have been attributed to men when women have been the real contributors. I personally support what you are undertaking and it should be heard by all.
I do not know if you remember me in class yesterday. I asked you about Rosalind Franklin because she is the scientist that I a currently researching. You knew about her, although you did not do a chapter about her for your book yet. She helped discover the DNA structure, yet never received credit for it. You told me about books where I can find information about her.
I especially liked the way you write about these women, in your imaginary letters where they talk to you and you talk to them! That way, you become them and they become you. Please keep up the good work.
